As some mentioned already, they force to 1 year contract, this is something wrong. Every belt is $50 (so many of them, we paid about $500 just for those little shows, every competition is $50). And honestly, I did not see much results in 2 years. Yes, boy likes the fun being there and feeling it, but I must say I did not see that he takes it serious. It looks good for the 1st few month, then gets boring as they do same thing over and over, and keep adding new kids to the groups.

Wonderful place for your kids! They offer more than just karate. They offer fun, discipline, and stranger danger awareness! I would recommend anyone to go to Safety America Karate! The Instructors and Owners really care about your kids and their progress!! As far as pricing, they are very competitive with the other Martial Arts schools around Sugar Land.

The instructors are always very helpful and my kids LOVE them!! I would highly recommend Safety America because my kids have learned more than just self-defense... they have learned valuable life lessons. I was very impressed with how professional and friendly the staff was.

Owner is a dedicated martial artist with way more than 30 years experience that has a very helpful staff. My experience with him and his staff over the last 10 years is that they care a lot about the students and I have never seen him be rude to anyone and theyhave always been flexible when it comes families, and offer generally competitive rates. In picking a martial arts school, always go watch a class, ask questions, visit more than once if needed before you make a decision. Then after choosing be sure to make a commitment and attend regularly and have fun!

The owners are very rude and unhelpful. While my child enjoyed the classes, I do not beleive it is worth all the money they charge. It is expesive and they force you into a one year contract. Once in that year contract, they tell you about all the additional money you must pay for belts: another $50 every six weeks on top of the $130/month. It is rediculous. I won't even get into how much they upcharge for all the gear they force you to buy. It might be easier to swallow if the owners were a little nice, but they couldn't be ruder to talk to. Bad Business!
