I will never go back here again. 4 weeks ago I purchased a package that included 2 photo ornaments free then they charged me $13.95 for shipping that was not on the advertisement for that package, I paid for it anyways and was told the ornaments would be in in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later they are not in when I told them they were orders a month ago they said you're not the only one no one else has gotten theirs. They did not apologize and argued that I did not pay for shipping that it was for handling well whatever it was I paid for I told them I wanted a refund they said they had to call customer service and I still haven't heard from them
