I was very impressed with both the quality of service and the employees at the Sugar Land location. I only waited about 5 minutes past my scheduled time to be called back for my CT scan. I am always apprehensive when having a procedure that require an IV as my veins are very troublesome and I dread being stuck numerous times. I explained about my veins and the tech got it the first time! Procedure itself was very fast and efficient. Highly recommend Global Imaging of Sugar Land!

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI just loved my first two visits here. When I arrived I was greeted by a man- I hope I spell it correct- Ephraim. He was getting a picture taken with another patient who loved him! He was overly nice and very efficient escorted me exactly where I needed to be and made sure everyone took great care of me. On my next visit he was being brought a tray of cookies from another patient! They have a keeper with him. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well, and I met the manager who went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with my visit. I will definitely tell my friends to come here.

Wonderful experience this morning! Staff was attentive to all my needs and I was done before I knew it. I met the Manager, she was sweet and gave me personal assistance. Beautiful facility with a relaxing atmosphere - I wish I worked there with them!

No website, no e-mail address. You are basically walking in a dark tunnel without any assistance. The business virtually shuts down at 12 noon (lunchtime) and you are totally ignored at this time. I was told to fill out paperwork, leave it at the front desk and wait until lunch is over. After lunch, I realized that I was being passed over by patients who checked in after me. I received the "oh well" look after this was brought to their attention. Yes, they have the equipment to perform the services. However, the front desk personnel are there just to earn a paycheck. Do not expect to get first class service there.
