Frontline Data Solutions is a customer focused Learning Management System provider that delivers innovative, cutting-edge technology to industries worldwide. The company was founded in 1999 by a group of software enthusiasts, engineers, and industry specialists to create web-based software and service solutions that satisfy the frontline workers' training, safety and compliance needs. Their efforts resulted in an open solution that was branded as "TrainingMine", and is well-liked by compliance professionals worldwide.Management of Change was launched in 2002 using knowledge and experience of the company's founders, supplemented by feedback from a petrochemical company favorably impressed by the ease and flexibility of the TrainingMine platform. This multi-sited early adopter of the MOC software has now become one our largest customers. MOC was integrated within the TrainingMine platform for consistency in user experience, and also to allow the MOCs to trigger training and action items.Action Tracking was launched in 2004 as a web-based replacement of a chemical company's legacy client-server action tracking application. Our industry-research revealed that it is quite common in this space to have the software vendor design and manage customer's customized action item event (incident) forms. We realized this to be a handicap, so we spent a year designing a web interface that allows customers to design their own event forms. A synchronous database is created in the background by the application to store information entered in the forms. This groundbreaking technology was later adopted in the MOC software to allow customers to create their own forms and checklists for various MOC tasks. ACT was also integrated within the TrainingMine platform for consistency, data sharing and user experience.We also provide Other Products and Support Services that complement our main product line.
