i have taken several classes and bought supplies from the shop for almost 4 years now. Love the staff!! Very helpful and boy do they know their cake!!!

Expensive supplies and rip-off classes. Everything is non-refundable as well. Took a professional piping class there and learned nothing. Instructor barely teaches anything and is very unorganized. Spent most of the time talking about herself. Teaching style is to learn via demonstration, except she messed up almost every time she demonstrated something. Blamed it on being rusty. Does not care about students or cake decorating. Is in it to make money and to make money off of you. Nice variety of cake pans and supplies in the store though. Just too expensive. And by the way, the best tasting pre-made fondant is satin ice. The wilton stuff tastes really weird. But the ultimate fondant is the home-made kind with marshmallows.
