I can't delete the previous review about being overcharged for the oil change, but would like to set the record straight. They made up for their error and apologized over it. I am not saying that the shop doesn't do good work. Just to double check the receipts that you sign. My statement about them not being honest was a bit harsh and I apologize for that. All I am saying is to doublecheck things. Have a good day.

I dropped the car on Saturday at 1:45pm to have the heater fixed. They called at 3:45 to let me know they are not finished and close at 4pm. I said I will come gett the car as I litterally live 30 seconds away on Dulles. They said NO- and that the car has been taken apart. So I told them to put it back together and they said no, that would put them into overtime and they literally kept my car hostage and totally left me stranded. Then I stopped by Monday morning at 8am. Guess what? They had not even started! Took my car and left and will never go back!!!!

avoid this shop by all means....i took my car just to get a texas state inspection sticker and was told my car failed due to a leak in the hydraulic brake boost and it would cost 499 plus labor to fix....i took my car to multiple mechanics after this and they all confirmed that there was nothing for them to fix that the brake boost was fine...i took my car to another state inspection place and it passed easily....turns out auto check sugar land was trying to take advantage of the fact that i dont know a lot about cars and trying to scam me into paying for unnecessary repairs...if you like to support crooks then i recommend this place...but if not then i recommend you visit one of the other auto repair places around sugar land that do honest ethical business

Great customer service! My family and I take our car to this auto repair shop for the last 4 years and have been satisfied. Other shops try to rip you off, but not this one. They are fair and reasonable.
