Staff mostly teenagers with no one ever in charge. I gave 30 day account freeze notice on May 11. Then 32 days later I was still billed the full amount. I called to have it corrected and only after two days did I get to talk to a manager who blamed me for the employee not giving me paperwork to fill out for the freeze. The manager couldnt have cared less that the employee screwed up. When I informed her if they did not correct it I would file a dispute with my bank for the charge she replied with ok whatever. When I told my bank about the events they were appalled but not surprised as I was told I was not the first customer that this has happened to.
