Sani-Res LLC is a bonded and insured company that promotes a drug-free and smoke free work environment. Sani-Res LLC specializes in vacant residential cleaning for all Hampton Roads cities including Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, and Williamsburg. Other surrounding cities and areas can also be serviced upon request. We handle move-in/move-out, new construction, foreclosure, renovation, vacation, and staged properties. Service is provided for a variety of home types including, but not limited to: apartments, manufactured homes, townhomes, duplexes, condos, single-family homes, and vacation rentals. Although our primary focus is on residential cleaning, we are equipped to handle commercial cleaning. We provide one-time cleaning services as well as regularly scheduled cleaning services for our commercial customers. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service at a reasonable cost. We use professional commercial grade cleaning products which each have their own MSDS sheet on file and present at each cleaning site. Our team will disinfect, clean, and sanitize all hard, non-porous surfaces while effectively eliminating a number of pathogenic microorganisms. A free estimate/quote is available and determined once a visual inspection of the property has been conducted. Charges are based on square footage and the level of cleaning needed.
