Recently had 2 ceiling fans installed...Jason & Terry were the men doing my project. I could not be happier. They were both polite & very professional. Called Jethro Byrd late in the afternoon with a water leak at our trailer park. They came and tryed to repair the leak, but needed special parts to fix. They were back first thing in the morning, and repaired the leak Thanks Gary

Had a EMERGENCY on Saturday afternoon at my fathers home. Had water leak in front yard. Had to cut water off to house. Jethro's men were here within two hours, and fix the leak, and got my fathers water back on. Great to know there is someone my father can call for that i trust. Thanks again

Been my plumber and electrican for many many years. I would never call anyone else. Jethro's men Terry, and Johnahan are always there for me no mater what my problem is night or day. just want to say thanks Blair
If I could give no stars, I would... called at 830am to have service and was told someone would be there 'soon'. At 1115, called the service and left a msg requesting a ballpark time of service. No response. At 1215, repeated the process. No response. At 430pm finally had a call. The caller asked if I still wanted someone to come by. At that point, I had already contacted someone else who could actually tell me when they would be at my house. The same thing happened to a family member with this company... It took 3 days for someone to respond to her call. By that time, the repair had been made by another service. If you have time to kill, by all means, call these people. If you have an emergency, call someone else.

he has been my plumber, and electrican for years. He is always there when i need help. Would never call anyone else
