Tele-Consult Associates, Inc was established in 1996. The owner, Katherine Wayland, recognized the need that small to mid-sized businesses had but were not getting from carriers direct. The idea to open up a consulting firm that could provide state of the art telecom services, reduce costs and provide a telecom arm to the client that would bypass the need to go directly to the carriers has been very sucessful. TCA's professionally trained staff has a combined 37 years worth of experience in the telecom industry. Each of our clients are provided with a designated account manager the will be available for all your ongoing telecom needs. This account manager will develop and maintain relationships with your vendors and providers. By utilizing TCA's staff to manage your telecom, this will free up your staff to focus on your business rather than dealing with telecom related issues.
