He has been a clinical instructor at 2 New York medical schools, and has lectured extensively on The Diabetic Foot. Dr. Levine is an inventor, studying foot injury prevention during sports, and holds 2 patents for athletic shoes. He received his surgical training in 1986-1988 and has over 25 years of experience diagnosing and treating common, difficult and unique conditions affecting the foot. He is currently Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Professional Wound Care Association.
