I used to frequent this store regularly until three months ago. I went to UPS store #5330 owned by Pete Morello and paid to have a package containing a two backup cameras and a monitor that I was sending back for a refund. The store clerk took the package and placed the wrong shipping label on my package sending it to a Comcast Warehouse. The vendor for the cameras and monitor called me to let me know they received a Comcast box. I contacted the manager, Pamela Hadley who had my vendor return the Comcast box to her store. I contacted her every week for over a month. She continued to explain that no at the Comcast warehouse answered the phone. Then she told me that they were looking for the package. Every week she told me it would be next week to get an answer. I then contacted Pete Morello through LinkedIn. I receive a surprise phone call from Pamela and she tells me they are working with UPS to get me a refund for the money we lost. That was two weeks ago. My husband talked to her last week and she is still looking into it. As I cannot get a straight answer out of anyone from this store, I highly recommend not using their service. I am also going to contact a lawyer through my legal insurance tomorrow as $650 is a lot of money and we don't have the cameras or monitors that were lost.I trusted UPS and thought they would honor a mistake like this if a franchise owner does not but I see I am wrong.Karen Oviedo
Such nice people with great customer service!I usually go in during the day and both ladies are friendly and get whatever I need done taken care right away plus the store is clean and neat.
Wow, The Store was overloaded with tasks due a recent local auction yet they had my package on the road the day of receipt. It arrived in western Canada 7 days later. I am impressed and hope I've the opportunity to use the services of 'store5330' again. My sincere thanks to impeccable service. I'd rate this business 'A' Okay.
