my friend brought her car in early this week to get ignition lock replaced( key hard to turn) well she picked car up following day and was told by mike mgr? that it was fixed.charges her alot of money and given her old key back.and of course car not fixed.mike told her he rekeyed the ign lock.lie! when she went back he went overboard to say he was sorry and went on and on for what i understand was a long period of time.doing whatever neccessary to please her.then i guess put a new complete cylinder in.my point is that he lied to her .i feel that his boss should contact him and and question him about these events and take appropriate actions per their company policy.i will call him,and his boss if i have to.
