Horrible!! Stay away from the service center. I worked with service rep. Chris S, who said he was ordering a part for our camper and I needed to wait 4 - 5 weeks for it to come in. Checked back 5 weeks later and NOTHING WAS DONE and Chris S. had no recollection of anything even though all the information was documented in a string of emails. If possible, find another service center!!
Yes they are good if you pay the over priced Rv , and if you don't buy it from them , they refuse to work on your warranty issues, unless you pay them and wait for reimbursement . When I contact Camping world, they were happy to help with a quick appointment and quick repairs, thanks camping world cocoa beach , florida. I own a prime time Sanibel 3600 and love it ( bought it out of state on internet and saved over $10 K

Florida Outdoors RV in Stuart has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff that I have seen since searching for my new RV. I would recommend anyone to speak to them before making a decision on a new camper. I went to four other dealerships in south Florida and found nothing but headaches! My salesperson was Hank, but everyone was very helpful. I probably won't need another RV anytime soon, but when I do I will only buy from Florida Outdoors!
