Great service, mediocre food, horrible management. While visiting Port St. Lucie, my husband and I stopped at this Flanigan's location. While evaluating our bill, we realized that my husband accidentally left our ATM card in an ATM machine. We were left without a readily available method of payment. The manager would not work with us, refused our check after we drove nearly two hours to get it and would not accept payment over the phone. After all of our efforts, the manager on duty went so far as to accuse us of not having the monetary funds in our account to pay for the bill! He did so with his office door shut. It was absolutely astounding, unprofessional and offensive. A local family member ended up leaving a concert in West Palm to care for the matter. They had to drive all the way out to the restaurant the next day to pay the bill in person! I just wish that our check could have been processed so that the manager could have felt like the @$$hole that he is. On top of everything,
