      On your first visit we will perform a consultation, neurological & orthopedic exam and x-rays. A relief treatment may be provided on your initial visit depending on your condition. Remember, the vertebra move in 14 different directions around 300,000 nerve fibers so we need to be careful in what we do. Dr. Sandy uses a new technique called Prone Specific. As the name implies, it's a specific gentle technique used to restore the normal motion to the spine and take the pressure off of the discs and nerves. There is typically no popping with this technique and it is safe for both our young and older patients. Along with Prone Specific, Dr. Sandy can also perform a manual manipulation of the spine if requested. These techniques are sometimes referred to as Diversified or Palmer Technique.
