Went in to buy material & have 2 bar stools recovered. We were treated nicely until I called to get information about the material & the manufacturer after which I was going to tell her to place the order. The older lady got angry because I wanted the information for my personal records, told me she didn’t want me for a customer & hung up on me! I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business that deals with the public. Go elsewhere...
Terrible work and unbelievably rude treatment by the owner Jenny. She solicits money for a Christmas creche from the public and then behaves in a despicable manner. She took our money, did awful work and then said it was not done there. Our credit card statement shows otherwise. Never go there. You have been warned.
Wonderful experience with them. Had Family room draperies and kitchen draperies custom designed and we got exactly what we were looking for. It was a fun process to have them come to our home and help us custom design a look that would flatter our home. They also picked the perfect fabric based on our current furniture. I give them 5 stars
Horrible...just had 4 dining room chair cushions and very poor quality. Castro used Velcro and not ties to hold cushion on seat in place. Rick took my initial info and and ms. Castro did not follow anything I asked for she did not even put the zippers in that was initially agreed to with Rick. The ties we agreed to also with Rick. I have pictures and would gladly share. Very unprofessional ......look else where especially when you are spending big money for custom work.
I was in there today 9/3/2014 and have never been treated so rudely by "Giny". A gentleman and another younger woman were very pleasant but obviously Giny has no people skills. She also has two sets of prices for work to be done.....???? I can't see how they've stayed in business so long if a customer has to speak to her. I don't even want to give it one star because of the lack of service and disrespect I received.
