I give them lower then dirt they are horrible

The salon is racist. The owner who is a male refused to assist me, I am a African American female. He was so busy, however each other white females he assisted

I've been a customer of theirs for 2 yrs now. I've had some experiences and some really great ones. What I know is this: find one person that you like and only go to that person. There are two people that are great there. Their names are Mai and Be. They never disappoint me and I'm always satisfied. Everyone else is hit or miss.

I had a bad experience here..I got a gift certificate for christmas, and when I went, I got acrylic tips on (like I usually do)..she filed them crooked, and within 2 days they were already lifting! That has NEVER happened to me anywhere else I went. so I decided to go to the Nails Trix in Bartonsville (I thought maybe they would be a little better considering they are new), and I complained that I wanted them fixed, the guy tried convincing me that they "weren't that bad" and he just put acrylic over it, AND I had pay for it AGAIN!!..Needless to say the nails were falling off in a couple days...Also at the Stroudsburg one, I have a friend that got a pedicure there and ended up with a foot fungus!! I will NEVER go there again, and would NEVER recommend that anybody go there!!
