Dr. Barabas graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University in 1999 and completed a Masters in Social Work from Marywood University in Scranton Pennsylvania in 2001. He then completed a second Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. Dr. Barabas continued his education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in the American Psychological Association (APA) accredited Doctoral Program, where he obtained a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He completed a full time internship at Danville State Psychiatric Hospital working with the chronically mentally ill and completed post-doctoral experience with a forensic population in a community agency. Dr. Barabas is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Pennsylvania Psychological Association, and the National Register of Health Service Psychologists.
