Mark was absolutely great. Great service and did an excellent job on my car. He helped me through a very discouraging time and I appreciate his advice and hard work. He did everything he said he would do and I will be a customer for life.

The owner of this shop treaded my friend very poorly. ) He forgot to tell her she had to sign an insurance check til 10 mins before he closed. He knew she was paying over phone so she could pick up the car after hours. He called her 10 mins before close, knew she couldn't get there but wouldnt release car until she signed, not even when she said she had no ride to the shop tomorrow and would have to walk 17 miles to get it. When she claimed that they did not tell her about the check or she would have gotten there, he began yelling at her, saying it was her fault. Don't count on being treated well at this shop.
