I expected an attitude of gratitude for donations! I have shopped regularly at this Salvation Army. I donate constantly. I SEE the condition of your in store items, including furniture. It IS used. Who hires or trains the young persons at your intake station? I am fifty nine years old and wear braces on both knees; I have six years of college, but the best job I can get right now is labor intensive,so I wear a back brace at work, too. I powered a small but heavy wooden cedar chest into my car as a donation; your arrogant young man refused it because it has some scratches? This nasty young man also told me to never come back to your store!? No wonder people don't donate but toss out garage sale items that don't sell. I guess I have to find another donation place for everything that my mother and I are clearing out of our three story house. The response to ANY donation is always "Thank You," no matter WHAT someone actually thinks about the item!
