Customer service was horrible! I bought a battery for my lawn mower at this particular Sears Auto. I went home, changed the battery and the lawn mower still did not work. I am not very handy so I called a company to come pick up my mower ($60) to look at it. With the Sears battery still in it, they told me my battery had a crack in it and needed a new battery. When I went to take the battery back they refused to give me a refund. Told me they didn't sell cracked batteries. Sears was very rude.
