This company does not tell the truth. They claim there are no fees but if the service does not work at all (could only make emergency calls in my area), they try to charge you a 20% restocking fee. The fee is not listed, I asked and was told there were NO fees by a regional manager, and I couldn't use the cell phone in my area at all. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.
