They are a disaster to work with! They want the full payment before your wedding day but after the wedding day when you are looking for your pictures and video they seem to have fallen off the face of the earth! They go MONTHS and MONTHS without returning your phone call or responding to your emails. Their work doesn't even look professional! Pictures that I got developed at Walgreens look better than their pictures. The video is a big disappointment. It was blurry and the music cuts out. I can go on and on with my compliants but I hope you get the idea.
