I am speechless... I tried Fabulous Floors Cleveland because they offered very affordable cost, So I have decided to try. Finished my floors beautifully and looks gorgeous.
Did not do the work I was described. They did not buff the floor between poly coats, so now I'm left with a ruff floors. The first quote I got said machine sand, stain, buff, three coats of poly. After I gave him a deposit he made a new quote that said machine sand, three coats of poly. And that is what they did, it looks good but is not smooth. Not very professional for a floor company to skip a major part of the job. And I'm assuming they no this because after the job no one has asked what I think about the work. They could do good work but I feel like no one is running the ship,
Will not recommend to anyone!!!!
I wish I had not hired these guys after reading previous two people's reviews. The only reason I went with them was because I was selling my house and needed floors done ASAP. I thought I was hiring a company to do a professional job but instead my job was subcontracted to somebody else. This is how this company works. Brian Radesic (Owner) will give you an estimate and take half money as down payment. This money goes to the company and then he will sell your job to someone else for the rest half of your job contract money. After this step you are on your own with the subcontractor who will collect his part of the money at the finish of the job. You will not see or hear from Brian again no matter how the job is going. I was told that after sanding down the floors they will apply one coat of stain and 3 coats of polyurethane. Well because of the color of the stain that I choose was very close to the wood color the subcontractor decided that he is not going to use any stain and that he will only do one coat of polyurethane. After arguing with the guy for about half an hour that this was not the agreement that I signed he said he will do 3 coats of polyurethane but not he stain and I said that's fine. Next thing I know he is done with all 3 coats in one day and he wants his money.
All in all my suggestion is save yourself hassle and go with some other company. May be it will cost you few hundred dollar extra but it will save you from headache and poor quality work.
BEWARE! My job was subbed out to two kids that didn't take necessary precautions and ruined my living room furniture. The owner, Matt, does not answer calls when they don't favor him. I have over $3000 in damages that Matt refuses to acknowledge. One of the kids told me they didn't want to go through insurance. Now I know why. My job was done 2/14 and I am still trying to get reimbursed for the ruined furniture. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
In early June 2014, Brian Radesic estimated a “Refinish-Sand, Natural finish, 3 coats of Poly” for my floors. At that time he provided a copy of an insurance policy that expired 5/31/2014. After accepting his bid on the job, I reminded him that I would need a new Certificate of Insurance. He left a message that he had sent the insurance check, but had not received his policy. He said he would provide the certificate as soon as possible. The job was scheduled for July 28, 2014. On the 28th, two men showed up who had no discernable connection with Fabulous Floors. As the job began, I pressed for proof of insurance, and never received one from Fabulous Floors. Be very careful when dealing with this company, as they leave unsigned documents with you, do not answer phones and do not deliver what is promised. Ultimately I find out this is a tangled web of companies including in my case a “scheduler”, an “estimator” (Mr. Radesic), and subcontractors who actually do the work. This goes against all that Mr. Radesic told me during the estimate. He assured me that Fabulous Floors does not use subcontractors. Extensive use of the words “my guys” evidently means something other than employees to him. In addition, there is no connection between Mr. Radesic’s time schedule and reality. Be wary of dealing with Fabulous Floors.
My new floors look fab! OMG. I am so super excited because my husband and I really didn't want to get new hardwood floors this holiday season...but we had to. Our family would be ranking on us so bad if they saw the home we purchased and the condition of the floors that we purchased it in. Brian is amazing and saved us money. Love him!
I had my floors refinished for thanksgiving and they came out wonderful. I will hire Brian and his team again.
Brian helped me out and I appreciated it. He did a good job and a fair job. Thank you.
Well, I had Fab Floors out. The guys paid attention to all the details of the project and patiently listened and answered my questions. I'm sure there are lots of people who can install a hardwood floor. Not sure if there are lots of people who are willing to deal with picky customers like me. I appreciated their willingness to listen and respond.
Guys are sharp at this company. I told them what I wanted and what my budget was. I got what I wanted and within my budget. No fussing around or trying to sell me items I didn't need. I will rehire them again for other houses.
My friend recommended this company. I used them expecting basic service. Nice guys. Nice job. Impressed.
I hired this company because I saw they recently worked on the local Macy's store. I was scared the pricing was out of my range. I needed my hardwood floors to be refinished. I was wrong. These guys are affordable, professional, and my floors look better than Macy's if I say so myself! Hire them You won't be dissappointed.
I was worried about costs. So worried about costs. My floors needed to be replaced. Brian did a nice job and was truly professional. I wasn't scared to have him in my home.
I read the reviews and was skeptible but took a chance. Glad I did. Quality work.
They did a satisfactory job and the price was right.
Dudes did a good job. I thought I would have project delays. I was suprised when that didnt happen. Couldnt believe the project was actually done on time.
I had to make a decision between restoring my floors or getting new hardwood floors. The people at Fabulous Floors were amazing! No pressure, but really educated me to make a smart decision. I went with the restoration and my floors look new. Thank you Thank you Thank You!
I really liked how I was handled as a customer. Flooring deals are a dime a dozen. But, the customer service was top notch.
Great job and they worked into the holiday and made the deadline I have them!
Nervous at first, now happy! Floors look fabulous, as they say! I was skeptical because the price seemed fair. I was expecting upcharges because I am a woman. Nope! Great guys, great price and I feel confident in the work.
