I had two tablets that I had to send back and gave them TWO shipping labels when the woman was handed both tablets and both shipping labels she separated them and stated he knew what to do she does it all the time. I received one refund via email but the other label was not scanned when I called and asked her about it she kept laughing and when I stated I was going to be out $140.00 who was going to reimburse me she continued to laugh. she stated I would need to call them and find out I finally hung up on her after telling her I would contact the provider and UPS she just kept laughing DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE SHIPPING

I purchased a valuable household item via Internet in Illinois and arranged it shipped with Lori's upon seller's recommendation. I called Lori's for shipping and packaging of the item, which they shipped via Fedex. They did not just fail to offer/put insurance on my purchase of value over $500, but also improperly packaged it and it arrived in pieces, damaged. After discovering the damage on my item I called Lori's to help with fedex claim, they took my information to fill out the cllaim since they were the "shipper" with FedEX. I never heard from them again, tried calling and left voicemails. I had to call FedEx myself and find out Lori had received my damaged item backand the fedex minimum reimbursement check weeks before, and cashed it. This place has the most dishonest and poor customer service.After the seller got involved and told Lori's that they were thinking to file a police report, Lori's realized the police would discover them and sent me only a small part of the money. BAD!
