I wish I could give the Streamwood post office no stars! The staff is beyond rude and passive aggressive towards customers. I will never go there again. The line is always long; the staff has no sense of customer service (never a smiling face). I constantly hear them telling customers to step out of line for the smallest thing, rather than helping them with some quick options. They told one customer she had to step out of line at the counter and buy a roll of tape to affix the label on her package - never suggesting the cheaper/easier option of allowing her to simply write the address on the package or better yet writing the address FOR the customer. I could maybe deal with the broken processes in place over there if the staff wasn't so unfriendly and unwilling to go out of their way to help their customers.

Go elsewhere. The entire staff, especially the 'manager,' are extremely rude and do not care to help customers. I personally, did not have an issue to be resolved, but the person in front of me was more than kind in explaining and proving that the USPS lost TWO packages. They would not listen nor help. Then, after this person left, the ENTIRE staff talked nasty things behind this persons back! I was amazed.
