The women in this office never return phone calls, are irresponsible, unorganized and forgetful. I called them three different times, and will be looking for someone who is responsible enough to return calls and has good customer service. The positive reviews are beyond me, maybe the service from the doctors are good, because that of the 2 different staff members I spoke to are terrible. You may have to sit and wait a long time for a call and information that you will never get.
