They have been told over and over never to drive the heavy riding grass cutters on our grass after it rains because the grass cutters are to heavy and it tears up the grass. The heavy tires sink into the grass and create tire tracks over the lawn. I called the VP on the phone and he said he contracted to cut the grass using the riding grass cutters with a total disregard as to how the lawn will look after they finish. He said he didn't care and hung up on me.If you care about the quality of your lawn, I strongly recommend that you NEVER use Best Lawns in Streamwood.
