“Taste, Dine & Stay” Whether you are coming to the Claremont Inn and winery to celebrate a special occasion – like a birthday or anniversary or because we are your gateway stop when traveling to or from Colorado - “Taste, Dine & Stay” is the perfect package! It sounds simple and for you it is – for us it is all of the things we do best rolled up into one delicious package. Each time you check in for “Taste, Dine & Stay” you will be in for a treat. When you arrive you will feel your stress of the day begin to melt away. All you have to do is settle in and sit back and relax and enjoy an evening of pampering and special attention. After you get settled in your luxurious room you will be welcomed to tour the inn and see all of the things available for you to enjoy. On the garden level there is the movie theater with hundreds of vintage movies to select from as well as some newer releases. Popcorn is there and ready for you! On the main level there is the Wine Tasting Bar and Gift Shop. Your stay includes a Happy Our Wine Tasting where you will have the opportunity to sample a variety of our hand–crafted small batch wines. Whether you like sweet or varietal wines, dessert wines or fruit infused wines there is sure to be something for you to enjoy. There is also a hot appetizer bite waiting for you at the tasting bar to whet your appetite for what is to come in your delicious dinner. In the warmer months we have seating and dining options out in the front courtyard of the inn - the shady side - or on the back terrace under the misters - a great place to watch the spectacular Colorado high plains sunsets. Either is a great place to sip a glass of wine and let your worries float away. Next up is dinner! Every evening our chef’s menu is prepared fresh for you… Our favorite quote and actually the philosophy we run the kitchen by is this definition: “Gourmet – simple things done well!” We source the best ingredients – whether it is imported cheeses and olives or locally farm raised beef and produce - we gather these healthy foods and prepare and delicious dinner all topped off with one of our homemade desserts. By now you are relaxed and ready to enjoy your evening. Refresh and reconnect in your luxurious accommodations for the evening. Morning brings a pot of freshly brewed coffee in the morning news headline paper to your door. A delicious Country Inn Breakfast is waiting for you! It is up to you whether you want your breakfast delivered to your door so you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast in bed or if you wish to join us upstairs in the Great Hall. Either way this hearty breakfast will have you ready to start your day.
