One person who goes to lunch 12-1, and the office is closed? Wtf? Then I come in at 1, 2 old ladies, without appointments are the first to be taken. Are you kidding me? Get another person in this place. It should not close because there one employee goes to lunch. Please. .I wouldn't be here, but my medicare determines the lab I must go to. Always went to labcorp. Never saw the entire office close for lunch. ..quest, get your act together

The Phlebotomist here, does all your intake paperwork, insurance, and then drawls blood. (gives you urinalysis cup too)

She is very polite, and professional. The first time I was in, I didn't feel the needle, and healed very quickly. My second (and now last time) she hit the vein on the first attempt, but went too deep, and punctured the other side, causing blood to flow out into my arm. It's been 10 days since the blood drawl, and the 3" (in a circular area from the needle mark) bruise, still hasn't healed properly. I know they shouldn't put the needle that deep. I'm not going back. If you have thick veins, you'll be okay. If they are thin like mine, I'd skip this and find another. Overall I've had bad luck with Quest labs. I'm going to try LabCore next.
