At Jade Salon, we offer a wide range of hair salon services that include haircuts, colors, highlights and perms. Our Keratin treatments are formaldehyde-free and are extremely effective in removing frizz and/or straightening curly hair. We also offer a full set of nail services including shellac manicures in addition to make-up applications.

Do not go here. It is a rip off. I Was unhappy with a trim I got here a few weeks back so I called to ask if I could get more cut off because unwanted all ruined hair cut off. I Paid $49 for the woman to cut off not even an inch, and that's a lot of money. So the receptionist said she could schedule me for another appointment and it would be free of charge. After that appointment they charged me $32 and said it was for the blown dry. They never gave me an option whether I wanted it blown dry. I told the receptionist that I was told I wouldn't be charged anything for the appointment and she said the hairdresser gave me a completely ne haircut and was only charging me for the blow-dry. So I spent $83 on a hair cut. When my sister got the same thing for 46 at Stylin hair salon and she was happy with her hair. If wasn't an honest person I would have walked out without paying
Very happy with the demipermanent Wella color I just got. Looks beautiful, feels great. Felt like a millioin bucks while visiting the salon. From the tropical fruit shampoo, to the free tea, to the time spent with the colorist, my money was well spent. Very professional, and even the shampoo girl was thorough! Will go again soon.
Jade use to be a great place (close to 8 years ago!) for hair, nails, waxing and good friendly service.Boy things have changed! First, the receptionist need to go take a seminar in customer service, they are rude and beyond unfriendly...they act like they are doing you a favor. Even better, sometime you get the answering machine and you have to call back. Terrible service for a "high class salon"!The stylist and manicurist have gone bad too! Not a smile and super unfriendly as well. John (the owner) is now charging Westport/Fairfield prices, however wants to give bad service. I use to come to Jade for all services now I have gone elsewhere.
Unfortunately a very rude and disrespectful manager. HOSTILE environment and careless manners. NOT a place to go for any kind of relaxing experience. The treatment by the phone manning and management crew is tasteless, classless, claiming they are "too busy" to take time on you. As well they seem "too busy" to please customers. Now I take my business elsewhere, where they care to be pleasant with a smile and good disposition.Sincerely,Dissappointed ex-Jade Salon Customer -
