John is thorough and professional. We had the worst nightmare of all--bedbugs. It took a lot of effort on our part to prepare but once John came, the problem was resolved. His wife, Yvonne, who handles appointments is also amazing--so kind, knowledgeable and understanding during what can be a really traumatic experience. I would recommend J Neary to others.
