If I could give it a 0 I would. Having the same problem trying to cancel my membership!! Cant get a hold of anybody, now the # is disconnected!! They told me it was cancelled then took money out of my account again! Stay away

I have been a member for three years and have recently asked to cancel my membership. The person whom answers the phone at the number listed is not able to provide any assistance... I have called for three consecutive months asking for my membership to be cancelled and a refund of the unauthorized charges. No Response! My next step is to notify my attorney about this business. This is not the way to do business and its a shame that no action has been taken by the owner or management thus far. Good luck to anyone else who tries to cancel their membership...It wont happen unless you make it happen.

Signed up for 3 months, they instantly charged me $33, the pin to get into the gym never worked and I tried it 4 times a week. Called half a dozen times, went into their office in person 3 times and every time they say they would fix it but never do; nor do they refund my money. it's been two and a half months and I still can't get into the gym and my money has not been refunded. I think it's time for a lawyer.
