did 2 inspections for me,the first I didn't buy,the 2nd he neglected to inspect crawl space.The takeoff to the furnace was rotted away as it was fiberboard,got an estimate of 1000.00 by a local company.A friend knew a well trained furnace man that did it for 500.I called Dave,told him the problem and he asked what I wanted,I said him pay half which he did.When the work was done I still had no flow to 3 rooms,cost another 300.sent him copy of the bill and left several messages.All I wanted was half.This was totally his fault for not checking in the first place.Gave 3 stars cause he did good with the first house.This one -0_ stars.may file a complaint with attorney general soon.Not happy at all
