To: Eric Logan LC Logan Contractors Re: Pay check This notice is in regards to complaints by Chad Landon who was in your employment 12/15/2014 through 12/23/2014 and provided services for a total of 67 hours at your Madison, Wisconsin site for which you are under contract with POC LLC, Loughton, WI.. Not included in those hours are the 8 hours of scheduled time which you did not let him work on 12/23/2014 when at 9 p.m. the previous night, 12/22/2004 you pulled your crew off the job and sent them home. He is also asking for reimbursement for his purchase of a bus ticket from Fort Wayne IN to Madison, WI on 12/15/2014 for $81 because you had sent him text stating you Really needed him at the site. ( we do have these text). I am reporting this action to Dept of Labor, and Better Business Bureau. POC are you aware of this type of illegal business your contractor is doing. Mr Logan excuse for pulling the crew off is that you owed his company $90,000.
