I will never go back to this place and here is why: When I agreed to sign up for an account the person I was working with started asking me about old addresses and phone numbers. After the 4th address question I asked her if she was running a credit check and she informed me that they do a consumer report. The reason for my upset was that the addresses and numbers she was asking me about were from my soon to be ex husbands accounts and she NEVER told me before hand that they would be asking about those things. As a now single full time working mother it was a slap in the face I didnt need. I dont blame her for doing her job but the lack of communication is less than desired where money is involved. There were other things that put me off if the 20 minute encounter but that was the major thing. I would NEVER trust this bank with my money.
