Service Solutions is the hardware maintenance and service division of Edge One, which is one of the leading providers of integrating technology in the United States. The division serves the residents of Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois. It assists in solving complex maintenance situations, including on-site first and second line maintenance and depot services. Service Solutions staff specializes in repairing ATMs, scanners, imaging transports, encoders, proof machines and money counters. The division also offers equipment installation services. It is a service provider for the Canon, NCR and Tranax brands. Founded in 1995, Edge One offers services for financial institutions, retail establishments, service organizations and entertainment complexes.
