Faith, Hope and Charity is based in Storm Lake, Iowa. The organization provides care for children with special needs. The organization s residential program serves up to 30 children and is a licensed intermediate care facility for children with mental retardation. Its community service program helps children in their parental homes. Faith, Hope & Charity also serves children and their parents through the respite care and supported community living programs and various contract services. The organization assists families with issues related to placement, discharge, health insurance, support agency requirements and home visit requests. It has medical services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The organization s nursing staff administers medications and monitors residents on dialysis and with seizure disorders. Its other services include nutrition management, therapies, and psychological and education services.
