When I moved away from my hometown to come to Stony Brook, I was sorry because I thought I'd miss my old mechanic. Bob from Stony Brook Automotive quickly allayed any fears and offered great service at reasonable prices. I felt his prices were fair and he doesn't do any unnecessary repairs. He's a no-nonsense guy when it comes to what needs to be done to the car. I come to him for any car service needs, inspections, oil changes, etc. He's usually pretty quick, but will work with you and your schedule.
