My experience at Garretts has been one of great pleasure at times. However, the teams that work on the daily schedule has changed and is still changing from time to time. Once, I would stop in after working third shift, sit and talk with the managers and the girls working, while waiting on my breakfast of champions the great and almighty chicken breast on a bun with mayonaise, or at times plain. Now, you go in the store, they push you in, then out. No one talks anymore, the only talking is the associates on the phone. Customer service use to be one of great and high ideal. Now, there is no such topic on customer service. You could feel the love of friendship in the store and you didnt mind spending hours at the store, and spending money the entire time. Now, its in and out for the customers, and not a well mannered and user friendly site for Stoneville now. It is kinda sad to see a store with such high standards and a well liked environment go down because of poor service.
