River Holding Company, with assets of more than $300 million, is a single bank holding company for River Bank, a retail financial institution with 10 bank branches in western Wisconsin. The bank offers customers a variety of financial products and services, including traditional deposits, loans, business services, insurance, investments and CDs. The bank offers investment services through River Investment Consultants in LaCrosse, Wis. River Bank was formed in 1991 when banks located in Stoddard, Ferryville and DeSoto, Wis., were merged. The bank has branches in Ferryville, Bangor, Holmen, LaCrosse, Rockland, West Salem, Sparta, DeSoto and Stoddards, Wis.
