My refrigerator died over the Christmas holidays!! To my surprise, when I called AB Appliance Service on Boxing Day he answered the phone. He asked me what make my fridge was and made a diagnosis over the phone. He arrived as promised on December 27 to do the repair, with the part he thought needed replacement. As it turns out the fan motor had died so he went out bought a new one, installed it, cleaned out the fan at the back of the refrigerator, and made another small repair. Very courteous service, very reasonable price. He told me not to hesitate to contact him if there was another problem. Highly recommend this company.

What service!!! My old fridge stopped keeping things cold and I was watching all my food turn into waste!! I called AB appliances and got a same day appointment!! The gentleman who came out was very kind! And even though my fridge couldn't be fixed, he gave me some great advice!

Don't deserve a star! They missed our first appt. due to an accident and rescheduled for next day...never showed up...we called...no answer...2 hours later they called back and said the appt. was for the next day and couldn't believe they made a mistake...we agreed to still have them come with a discounted service call...then they called 3 hours before appt time the next day from a BLOCKED number and said they can't come out unless someone can verify we are home???...we are done...(and fixed the dryer on our own). Thanks, but no thanks AB!
