Our Driver's Education program will meet the California requirements for taking the written permit exam for students under 18. You no longer have to spend hours in a classroom, but you can now complete the course in the comfort of your own home, at your own pace. Upon completion, you will receive a completion certificate through mail. Sign up now and start your driving career right Philip's Driving SchoolWe offer 6 hours of behind the wheel training (California requirement) for students aged 15 to 17. We also offer behind the wheel training sessions for adults who are trying to get their Driver's License or those that want more practice after receiving their license.

Paid for and completed Phillips driving online course in July 2013 but have not received certificate of completion. I have made several phone calls, emails and text messages but have not received any call back from them. I have also stopped by business but sign on door states only open on Tuesdays 9am to 12pm. Also on the office door was a note taped to door from another upset customer stating Phillips did not show up for their child's driving appointment.

Don't waste your time trying to reach Phillips Driving School. Phillips Driving School does not answer calls nor do they return messages. I tried calling for two days and left messages. Don't to sign up with a service that will not even make effort to communicate and cannot be reach. No wonder their fees have to be lower.
