      what a great outfit! I have had a pair of their saddlebags for over 3 years now and the plastic clips that close the bag started to break. I called them today and without any question they are sending me 4 brand new ones with the leather straps attached and said if I have any additional problems everything is guaranteed as long as I own the bags. customer service doesn't get any better than that. thank you leatherworks.
