Even in the event of when someone forgot to order our trophies for graduation, they got them done in time for me. Tim is always very helpful with special order items and will tell you up front if it will look good or not, and make suggestions. If you see something in a catalog you like, take the picture to him and he will find it for you or find an item close to it. Delta Awards will ALWAYS be my choice for trophies, plaques and award items, no other compares to them.

delta awards has been serving our local church for 7 years. we are very happy with this shop and recommend it for anyone. the only thing is that procrastinating on requested orders may not be ready on time; however, it does not mean it is delta awards' fault. i learned my lesson. big orders need time for shipping. if you're not sure call tim @ delta awards to make sure you do not get left out in a bind. he will be very courteous and honest. he does not just take a "fast food" type of order, he does give insight, feedback and makes great reccomendations. thanks!

Entered store and saw that clerk was on phone. After clerk finished call he went into back room and said NOTHING to me. I waited about 5 minutes for him to return to counter. I spoke up loudly and asked is anyone here? I receive no response so I left. I WILL NOT RETURN ANYTIME IN THE FUTURE.
