My caucasian husband and I have tried most of the Filipino restaurants in the downtown area of Stockton; and none of those restaurants compared to my Filipino mother's homemade Filipino cooking. Best Lumpia says it all in their name. It is the Best Filipino restaurant around. Anything you order on the menu is delicious - you practically have to leave room for dessert. The atmosphere is small and quaint, but the food is tasty and very, very affordable!
