I have lived here for a little over a year and I've been very happy here. My neighbors are very friendly. The staff has been very friendly. I haven't had any problems. If something breaks down in my apartment they fix it the same day. I'm so happy with the service I've received that I've referred my own grandmother to move in here. It's a nice place.

Just like most apartments the management staff here is not going to be helpful to problems. I have been dealing with ants since April and they keep wanting to put down more posion in the apt. Pest control says nothing else he can think of as it has been going on so long and they just keep coming back. Asked about a transfer told only for a fee. Don't think that is fair as thier own pest control can not get rid of the ants. Oh well I guess they will continue to try different posions til the end of my lease and then the ants will be the next tenants problem.
