I was highly satisfied. The receptionists were very friendly and knowledgeable about insurance issues, the RNs were delightful, and most of all, the skill, expertise of Dr. Gross was exceptional. Great bedside manner and very caring. I will recommend him to my friends and will use him again in the future if needed.
