Beware of this store. I bought a desktop computer less than 90 days ago. I brought it in today due to an error message. They told me my hard drive was ruined. Because I didn't buy an extended "they could do nothing for me." They suggested I use the web address supplied by HP." That's funny because I don't have a running computer! They finally gave me a phone number. There is no customer service. They do not back up their products. I did call HP, my computer is working fine. HP said they had no idea what they were talking about. I will never purchase anything from Office Max again. Terrible service!!!! BEWARE!
